Our platform is designed for individuals, agents, developers, and companies looking to rent, buy, or sell all kinds of properties in Nigeria.
Our services primarily target Nigerians at home and abroad. However, anyone interested in Nigerian real estate can access our platform.
We list a wide range of properties, including: Residential houses, Commercial properties, Lands, and Short-let apartments
Listing and Advertising
register an account, verify your email address, complete the know your customer (KYC Form), choose the “Add New Listing” option, fill in the property details, upload images, attach property title documents and submit. Your listing will go live only when you have completed kyc and the property details are fully verified.
We do not charge for listing if you want your property to be advertised and managed by Fast Checkout Agents. Any agent or property owner/manager that wishes to manage their listing and communicate with potential buyer/renter directly will have to pay a 5% fee of the property price before it’s publicly listed on our platform.
Yes. registered real estate agents and agencies can list multiple properties using our listings dashboard. Self-managed listings will attract a fee based on the number properties listed.
Yes. Agents or property owner who wishes to manage communication with buyers/renters can can edit or delete their listing anytime by logging into their dashboard. Please note that any modification on a published listing will again go through admin verification and approval. For properties managed by Fast Checkout Agents, property owner will have to contact admin or Fast Checkout Agents before the property can be modified. Watch this video to see how the process works.

All listings on our platform go through strict verification processes before they are approved.
Yes. Buyers and renters can directly contact property owner and property managers/agents who have opted for our paid listing option only.
Yes, all the property listed on our platform attract a listing fee which covers both agency and legal agreement drafting by Fast Checkout law agency. The fee is also charged based on property type and location.
We work with accredited field agents to assist with property inspection for a small fee. The fee is refundable once the property is sold/rented.

Yes, we provide property registration and title verification services for customers who needs it.

Yes, but it is best to verify documents before payment to avoid issues.

The possibility of having fake listings on our platform is very slim due to our due diligence and strict verification procedures. Fake listings are removed promptly once detected.
